Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CoreValley Technologies("CoreValley Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of TagCount ("TagCount," the "Service"), governing your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using TagCount, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TagCount is a mobile-first inventory counting and barcode label printing application for retail stores and warehouses, accessible at Corevalleyjo.com and its subdomains.

2. Accounts and licenses

  • Access to TagCount is granted via a license purchased through our checkout (processed by Lemon Squeezy or PayPal) and tied to the organization and plan you purchased.
  • You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate a license that is used in violation of these Terms, was obtained fraudulently, or has been refunded or charged back.

3. Plans, billing, and seats

Each plan tier defines limits (such as number of products or user seats) as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Upgrading, downgrading, or exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade to a higher tier. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TagCount for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license/security controls.
  • Share a single license or account with users beyond your purchased seat limit.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to store, or that infringes third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the inventory, product, and organizational data you submit to TagCount ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Customer Data you upload.

7. Intellectual property

TagCount, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CoreValley Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep TagCount available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service from time to time, and TagCount also includes offline-capable features so counting can continue during connectivity interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CoreValley Technologies SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using TagCount at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy the breach after notice, or where necessary to comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 6, 9, and 10) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of TagCount after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Amman, Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
